Meet Clover, a lovable and spunky 4 1/2-month-old puppy! 
She joined the Out of the Pits family after a vet hospital reached out for help with her leg surgery, which her previous owner couldn’t afford. Clover had a severe elbow fracture that was three weeks old, but thankfully, her new family stepped in to save her.
Now, Clover is thriving as a happy tripod! She’s incredibly agile, climbing stairs and chasing balls with ease. This smart and affectionate pup loves meeting new people and showering them with kisses. Clover is also doing well with her house training and has a special talent for being a loving companion.
However, Clover does have some quirks that make her a great fit for a specific family. She can be a bit possessive about her toys and treats, and she prefers to be the center of attention. Her foster mom thinks she’d do best as the only pet or with a calm, submissive companion who will let her be the “girl boss.” 
To stay healthy, Clover needs to maintain a lean weight to avoid putting too much strain on her other legs. Luckily, she enjoys her veggies!
