Jordan

ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Jordan!! I’m 4- 5 months old and weigh approx 25 lbs. Some would say I’m ” special needs” because I’m deaf– but my foster mom says I’m just plain Special

I was born like this and I don’t know any different, so it’s all good! My foster mom is working on teaching me sign language. So far, I have learned “sit”, and am very eager to learn more!

I love to run around with my foster siblings, especially my sister. I get bursts of energy, we run around the house, then we nap. I love to nap! I also like to lounge outside and play with my marrow bone- they might be my favorite toy so far! My foster home has an older cat- I like to go near her and check her out, but sometimes I get too close to her and she swats me , so I just walk away.

I don’t currently live with any small children, but when I am out and about with my foster mom, I am introduced to a lot of kids and foster mom says I’m really good and gentle with them. I feel more confident with my foster siblings around me and I follow them around the house and on walks-they really have helped me become more confident!

I’m learning to go potty outside but foster mom says I’m a work in progress with this, same with crate training. I’d love to be adopted in a home with a dog sister to play with and learn from. I hope to be adopted into a home who is patient with me and open to learning, teaching and continuing to communicate with me through signs. I promise to give you all the love in the world!!
