Courtesy Post – Angie is a 5-year-old female pit bull, on the small side. She was rescued as a pup, but I am now unable to keep her due to a heavy travel schedule, and am looking for a good home for her. She is very friendly to people, and is good with kids. She is very athletic, and loves to play. She knows sit, wait, come, down and drop it, although she doesn’t always obey if she is feeling playful. She also knows what “Let’s go for a ride” means, and she is happy to stay in the back seat. Although she doesn’t like to be alone, she is fine in the house for 8 hours or more. She doesn’t chew or scratch.
Angie would do best in a home as the only pet, but may be able to be placed with a male dog if a meet and greet went well. She is microchipped and up to date on her annual vet visits and vaccines. She will pull on the leash when walking, so a strong pet parent would be best!
